there is really nothing to advertise except that calendar in the lobby.. so if you have anything to add to that then let me know.
Don't forget to come see me to get updated Class Cup points.
I'd also make a little poster to show what we're working on now as well as a list of members and an invitation to see one of us with comments, suggestions, etc.
I think that class cup points get soooooo forgotten throughout the year.. it's big during homecoming and then ...
So maybe we could tie that in with the winter assembly.?
Or maybe we could tie it in with the Coat/Hat/Mitten Drive / Angel Tree.?
Oh! And maybe announce that the bulletin board calender is there, because I didn't even realize it and I'm in SGA. lol! =)
I Really like the idea that Mackenzie said. I think it would be great to tie class cup points in with the coat/hat/mittin drive. I think then people will take a greater interest in it
Yea i agree. After homecoming it doesn't even get brought up. Maybe we could do a small prize each month to keep everybody on thier toes.
I agree with ms. selinger and kenzie...class cup points are never talked about like they used to be...we need to start making stuff worth points and get everyone involved....the winner needs a good prize
I like Matt's idea about a good prize because that will probably get more people involved. I know that the park is fun and all but if we could offer something different more people would participate in the activities.

sooo... ive been counting up the points for the coat, hat and mitten drive... do we want to update the class cup points once a week or like idk.. how often would you guys perfer.. i almost think it would be better to do it daily.. then we know how much we should bring in to catch up with whoevers leading...=]

i was wondering if class cup points had been updated recently, they've been the same for a long time. And we need to do something to make class cup points more important to people, no one really cares about them anymore.
i think that the announcments should be read when we say the pledge becuase in the middle of the day i cant hear them and my teachers don't read them and then if there are any updates deb could read them at the end of the day
I can never hear the announcements in the afternoon, i agree that if we do it in the morning then it would be better
agreeing with maddie, i think carrying the backpack should be based on GPA.
I know that they post a copy of the announcements outside the office but what if we had a white board or something to write the announcements on in our bulletin board. Most people go down that way during lunch and everyone would know where they were and be able to read them. That way if you miss something you can still get the information at lunch.
i'm definitly going to agree with Jenna on the announcements. We need to annouce them in the morning because I never hear whats going on EVER! When the CACC bell rings I hardly hear anything...including the announcements :(
Yep. I agree. I really think we should put the announcements up daily. Because there are some kids who hardly hear the announcements.
Advertise what sga is doing to help the community. Have pictures of activities that we do. Like climb for air or when we go to Camp Butler
